Is your meat from England ?
All our pork and poultry is locally sourced in France. We have an Angus breeder local to us, but we top up on certain popular cuts from Ireland (sourced through a French supplier). Our lamb is mostly from the EU (usually Wales or Ireland) that we order through one of our local french suppliers that imports it in. When unavailable, we use local French lamb.
Do you make your own sausages and bacon ?
Yes, we buy in local French pork, trim everything down and put the bacon down to cure ourselves and make our sausages with the pork trimmings. No nasty unidentifiable meat goes in to any of our sausages, just meat cut directly from the shoulder, loin and belly we get in on the bone.
Can we freeze anything ?
Yes, everything can be frozen, whether it is the meat or our pies. It is all fresh produce that hasn't been frozen.
Do you sell British Groceries ?
Yes, we have a range of British groceries, such as tea, chocolate, biscuits, beans, crisps, sauces, curry sauces and much more ! We don't have an online inventory of our products, but you can either email us with a list of items you are after and we can confirm availability and prices. We usually put pictures up on our facebook page when we get new stock in so you can get a general idea of what is available.
